Soy and ginger glazed chicken drumettes

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2cm ginger
- 100ml thick sweet soy
- 50ml hoisin
- 25ml vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 24 chicken drumettes
Method
- Peel and finely dice the garlic and ginger
- Mix together with the soy, hoisin and both oils
- Marinate the chicken drumettes, cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours
- Preheat oven to 180° C
- Place the chicken into a roasting tray and pour over any excess marinade
- Roast until the chicken is cooked through and the marinade has begun to caramelise
- Allow to cool a little before serving
