Soy and ginger glazed chicken drumettes

Serves 4 - 6 as pre-dinner finger food

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
2cm ginger
100ml thick sweet soy
50ml hoisin
25ml vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
24 chicken drumettes
Method
Peel and finely dice the garlic and ginger
Mix together with the soy, hoisin and both oils
Marinate the chicken drumettes, cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours
Preheat oven to 180° C
Place the chicken into a roasting tray and pour over any excess marinade
Roast until the chicken is cooked through and the marinade has begun to caramelise
Allow to cool a little before serving
